Silent Alarms Disappeared

I have a Charge 3, which I updated and my silent alarms disappeared. I know this happened to other people and the fix was to go to the profile icon on the top left of the screen and then click on your device name, and they will be there. However, they still aren’t on that screen for me. Anyone having a similar issue?

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

This latest update moved the alarms from the app on your phone to the Charge 3. On the main clock screen of the Charge 3, swipe left until you see the Alarms app,

NB when setting up a new alarm on the Charge 3 remember to scroll down to see all the options

I love my Charge 3. Used Alta HR before.  I understand that after the last update the Silent Alarm function moved to the Fitbit device from the app on my iPhone.  I much prefer the earlier method.  I find trying to set it on the device very awkward. Getting from hr to min to am/pm is awkward.    I want only one alarm. It goes from on to off (too) easily, but I'm never sure which it's on. Does it have to be reset "on" each day? Sometimes when I get to the Alarm it tries to set a new time.  Hard to bring up the Trash Can to delete. And I'm not certain which is being deleted - the one I want to delete or the one I don't.  Besides the display often goes dark before I can finish what I'm (awkwardly) trying to do.  Finally, holding it in position long enough to do this deed hurts my shoulder.  Maybe some folks like to try to do this on their device.  I hate it.  Could we at least have options to use either method - the old one and/or the new one.  The old one was so quick, sure, and easy.  Really Fitbit, please!!!
