Silent alarms were removed from Charge 3 to the app

I upgraded to the latest version of the FitBit App yesterday and all of a sudden all my silent alarms are gone - when I went to the FitBit app on my iPhone to reset them, the function was gone. Looked through the community knowledge base to find a similar problem from 2019 - not incredibly helpful, so I sent a chat request in - the agent was super helpful, but informed me once they had figured out that I had updated to the latest version, that now, for the Charge 3, alarms could only be set on the device! This is insanely inconvenient, especially if you have larger hands and fingers! There was no mention of removing this feature in the release notes or else I would not have installed the latest update!

Why did the developer change a function that had no need of change??

I haven't been this disappointed with FitBit since they removed the Blood Glucose tracking function!
