Siri interrupting workout

Has anyone had trouble with Siri interrupting your run?  Since the last update that installed last week I have had trouble with Siri poppping up as I am running and muting whatever music I am listening to.  I don't know if the app is malfunctioning or if I'm just breathing so hard that Siri thinks I'm asking a question.

I am using iPhone 6, app version 2.20 (473), JBL Synchros Reflect headphones

Thanks,

Joe

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @BigIz Robot Very Happy! Well, I'm thinking that Siri has been being so sensitive.. I'd recommend to deactivate it since Siri doesn't have anything related with the Fitbit app or your Fitbit tracker, neither with the latest update.

Since the update Siri interrupts my run, every few minutes. Music also plays on and off and I dont have it set to play music during my run.

@manidemi Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is very strange! The music on your phone should not turn on and off. Your Charge HR doesn't include music control or anything like that, nor the newest firmware update does. Is there a way you can close the playlist and turn off Siri? That should help you with this matter. Also, try logging out from the app, reboot your phone, and log back in.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
