Sleep Data Not Displaying in Fitbit App (Charge 6, iOS)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm using a Fitbit Charge 6 health tracker with the iOS app and have a Premium account. I'm experiencing an issue where my sleep data is not displayed in the app. The sleep duration doesn't show up on the app's dashboard or in the daily detailed information.

However, I notice that the weekly activity email I receive from Fitbit does show my average sleep duration for the week. This makes me think that the data is being recorded, but there's a problem displaying it in the app.

Can anyone advise me on how to troubleshoot this issue? I'd like to be able to view my sleep data directly in the Fitbit app. Any suggestions for resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums @umayado

Thank you for providing the details regarding your app.  Sorry to know the difficulties.

I'm not sure if you are still having this difficulty. I'd ask you to confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
