Since the new app came out, sleep tracer does NOT work right, I have huge breaks in my sleep and if I wake for even a few minutes, think bathroom run, my sleep stops tracking after that, last night my sleep tracker decided that I stopped sleeping at 2:30 this morning, even though I didn’t wake until 6:22. Get it together!
I would also like to get rid of Zone Minute notifications.
This NOT how you keep customers. As and aside, the display on the new app has a childish look. Certainly someone cou,d have done better regarding the graphics.

Yes! Since the new app updated for me I have had only 1 out of 5 nights where it recorded my entire sleep cycle. It has recorded me getting up at approximately 2:55am-ish every morning. I did wake and check the time on my wrist, but then after I go back to sleep it's NOT recording! It's so frustrating they "broke" what had been working fine with the worst "upgraded app" I've ever seen. Incredibly ugly display, I'd LOVE to go back to what I had.

Agree! Not happy with “upgrade”. I have my sleep setting to sensitive and it’s been a mess with latest update. Some nights saying I only slept for 2 or 3 hours. It worked great before! I even pay extra for premium!

This is the exact problem I came here to complain about!! My sleep tracker is messed up every single night since the update. Sometimes, I have to manually go in and put my sleep in and then all of the sudden it creates the data for me. This new app is atrocious. I cannot stand all of the features they took away. Give me fireworks! Give me the little step streak notifications! I am missing everything I loved about the app previously.

No solution offered that I am aware of. I did fill out the survey HONESTLY that I was prompted to complete. However, I have not heard word 1, nor have I seen any other software updates to correct the issue/s.

Yes, the new “upgrade” no longer tracks my sleep except for limited mode. Very frustrating as that is why I use Fitbit. It stopped working the day that the upgrade occurred.

Hi, exactly the same issue since I moved to the new App this week too. (Version IOS 4.02) Also with huge gaps in Heart Rate data overnight too. You’d think I’d taken off my Sense 2 during the night when you check the Stats in the morning! Hopefully it will be fixed soon as I’ve seen quite a few similar reported issues across various Fitbit forums.

change your sleep sensor to normal if on sensitive , go into settings on fitbit turn your heart rate off for 5 seconds then back on . Then reboot worked for me fixed

The NEW app is obviously screwing up many functions on many different models - just look at all the posts here on the Forums and around the internet. Nothing Customer Support had me try worked and nothing here on the Forums has fixed anything either; most importantly to many is nearly ALL models... NOT Tracking Sleep at ALL. Stop responding to our requests for help with the scripted responses like is it too loose on your wrist, did you sleep in a different position or be sure to check your battery...! Hundreds of people are NOT at fault for all these different Fitbit models NOT working - right after a software and App change. Connect the dots and talk to your programmers.
I've been waiting for a valid answer to fix the issues and I think it's about time to shop other brands at this point.
