Since Sunday 24/02/19 my Blaze doesn’t show my sleep and Heartrate activity graphs,ie: peaks and troughs, BPM only shows resting and sleep only shows percentages of light, rem, awake and deep sleep and doesn’t show the graph with peaks and troughs, you replaced my faulty Blaze about a month ago and has performed brilliantly, your feedback and service has been second to none please can you look at my Blaze activity and advise.

Kind regards

Hi there @Mdad1925 , welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to see the graphs for your sleep and your heart rate. I think this could be because your sleep and heart rate tiles could be hidden.

In order to enable these tiles, once you're at the app, scroll all the way down to the bottom and tap on Edit. Here, the tiles that are hidden will show up. These two tiles should appear here and you just need to select them so that when you hit Save, they will become visible.

Hope you find this helpful. Let me know if you need more help with this!

PS. I'm moving your post to the iOS app board for categorization purposes.

The two tiles are showing, the sleep pattern is not showing graphs ie peaks and troughs and heart rate is only showing resting BPM .
Thanks

My Sleep for last night is also not showing on my VERSA. I have updated everything, reattached the Bluetooth, reset... The information just isn't there for the sleep, but it has updates steps, floors...

I did the factory reset on my Versa yesterday. The heart rate graph started up again (but didn’t bring up the data that hadn’t recorded) my sleep graph also started back up again (again didn’t record missed data). Not sure how to do the reset on the Blaze, but on the Versa you press the left and bottom right buttons until the Fitbit icon appears.
