Sleep and hourly activity tiles no updating

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
Hello,

Let's say I had 8 hours of sleep today and 5 two days ago, when I swipe to my activity two days ago, the sleep tile does not update right away to reflect the 5 hours. It stays on the 8 hours for each day in the past. This is the same thing with the hourly activity tiles and the other tiles below the steps.

Please fix! These should update right away on the tiles based on the day.

Thanks!

@Logicalsanity  At this time, that is the way the new dashboard responds.  Only the top tile will go back in history as you scroll through the days.  To get history on the lower tiles, you have to click on individual tiles.

Hope that helps!

It helps only a bit, but when I was using the Android version less than a year ago, they would update based on the day without you having to click or tap a tile to see the actual sleep. Not sure if this is a iPhone flaw, or if this is how the app is now across different devices.

I agree, I liked being able to "tap" through my days to compare my sleep stats. Now, I must tap on the individual tiles of the dashboard to compare days. It is not user friendly at all.

Hi @Lorried. I can't say for sure why that's happening, but I recommend unsyncing your fitbit from the app and re-syncing. If that doesn't help. Uninstall and re-install the app.
