Sleep deprivation by watch

Please for the love of god make this thing stop waking me up at 11:30 at night to tell me my calorie goals have been met or that I need to get more steps in. This has been the singular worst device for my sleep. No, silencing notifications doesn’t apply to goals or activity prompts. I already tried that. Do the developers ever have to wear their own programming? They should have to. Spend a whole month waking up at midnight because you just HAD to know your calorie goal is met. Why is there no option for quiet hours I can enter? I can’t fathom that in a device that can track sleep that y’all can’t figure that out. I believe in you. You can do better than this.

Hello @CatKo and welcome to the Help forum.  You don't say what model Fitbit you use, but the newest models have a Sleep Mode Setting.  Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.  Here is the link to all the User manuals.   You can read your user manual to find out how to put your device into Sleep Mode.
