Sleep detail page freezing up

Upon synching the sleep number appears.  When I click to open the sleep detail, the info hasn’t update and the screen is locked.  I have to exit the app, wait a minute or so, then try again. It eventually gets to the details but only after several minutes.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend updating your Fitbit app to the version 3.41 when you see it available. I don’t have that version, yet it says I have the latest version.

You should receive the app update soon, please keep an eye on it as it should resolve the issue you're experiencing. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
