Hi all. I have a new charge 2 and it’s not recording a full nights sleep pattern! I have set up and subsequently removed the sleep goals, but it’s still not working. I also can’t add friends, my other half had the same tracker and I have added her ok but the other family members are not getting my request to add and they can’t find me either.
Many help/advice would be appreciated

Hello @Markydg, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, If you haven't done it yet, please restart your Charge 2 and monitor it for the next night. If you're still not getting Sleep Stages, go to the previous night log and check for any of these messages:
Each one of them will give you an insight of why you didn't receive Sleep Stages for any given night. In case the app says you're not getting a consistent heart rate, please check if your tracker isn't too loose or too tight on your wrist and adjust it a bit up in your arm to get a more reliable heart rate reading.
Now, in regards of the second issue, are you trying to add friends through your contacts, Facebook or by typing their email addresses? Also, please make sure your friends have checked their spam or junk folders as sometimes email providers can classify Fitbit emails as spam.

thanks for your reply. I have restarted the charge 2 so I will let you know if it sorts out the sleep patterns issue. Re adding friends, I have sent the request out and when my friends try to accept it won’t do anything. I can’t resend the request as when I click on my friends name it says the request has already been sent?
