For the first 3 days with my charge 3 I had a sleep score and detailed information, then for the past week it has only given me very basic info. I have gone into settings and switched it to sensitive mode, and rebooted the watch, and even started the premium service, but it is still not giving me anything but basic sleep info. I physically start and stop the Sleep timer in the app every night and morning, and do not leave it to automatically detect. How do I fix this?

Hello @Tishaa and a warm welcome. Don’t start/stop sleep manually. You will always get sleep patterns if you do that.
Sometimes people get sleep patterns if their tracker is too loose or too tight and there’s trouble getting a consistent heart rate trace. When you tap on a day’s trace, your app should show a little box with words like, “Why did I get sleep patterns...” See it you get an explanation. There is also troubleshooting advice.

Thank you! I will not start/stop the sleep timer tonight and see if that makes a difference. I have looked at the troubleshooting information before, and tried several things, but nothing had made a difference. Thank you again

Just wanted to let you know that it worked. As soon as I quit manually telling the app when I was going to sleep and let it record on it’s own, then it started giving me the detailed sleep score again. Thank you!

Someone gave me an Ionic which I reset and re registered. I signed up for the free 90 day trial of premium to see if the sleep details would be of use. For the first 4 days they were great. Now, no data other than sleep duration. Have tried everything on the Forum to no avail. Glad I'm not paying for the Premium Service, which after 4 days I was going to continue after the trial ended. Now I'm going to give up on the whole Fitbit product as this is my second one that has been a failure. First one the non-replaceable strap broke. so, anyone got any more ideas? I'm giving it more time as I have lots of time on the free trial. Thanks
