Sleep score

Back in mid September and before then, I was given sleep scores (which I found was useful). Now I’m not getting it at all, and I don’t know why.

I have the charge 3 and so does my mum, but she’s getting sleep scores (she hasn’t got premium).

Why is it doing this? I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again, I’ve rebooted my Fitbit and I’ve removed my Fitbit from the app multiple times.

Hello @Freya29

I understand your not seeing your sleep score any longer. I wonder if your sleep tile got deleted in some way. Let’s look. Do this:
open Fitbit App

tap “Discover” on bottom left of your screen

tap Health & Fitness Stats

look for the Sleep tile and tap it

tap “Add to Today”

this will pop you back to the Fitbit App main screen. Look among your current challenges and find your sleep tile. 😉

😃Please let me know if this answers your question

Hello again @Freya29

I happy to see it worked and got your Sleep Score for Sunday. Odd that that was it. Let’s try restarting your Charge 3. You can see how to restart your Charge 3 here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=Restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

😉 Maybe that will do the trick

Hello again @Freya29

Since all the troubleshooting things you have done as well as the one I suggested has not resolved your issue I would suggest calling Fitbit customer service. You can find information on how to contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB

Im sorry I couldn’t be more help
