My Charge 2 switches automatically to sensitive even though I set it to Normal. Can I stop this?

How frustrating, @Phyldig!  The only thing I can think may be causing this is that you are possibly moving too fast.  In Account - Advanced Settings - Sleep Sensitivity, reset it back to Normal as you usually do.

But then ... go back to the home page and swipe down to re-sync your device. Once that is complete, go back to your Sleep Sensivity and verify that is it still set to Normal. If it is not, go thru the steps once more. The re-syncing is critical.

Please let let me know how it goes.

Dear Carol,

I have the same problem - the sleep sensitivity tracker switches back to "sensitive" from "normal". I did re-syncing and I did it several times. I can even see it on my screen of Advanced Settings that it switches back from normal to sensitive. I closed the app and reopened it and still happens. Frustrating..

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

Kata

@Tkata, have you tried restarting your Fitbit device? Tap Here for instructions. That may help. A restart seems to fix a myriad of problems.

I've restarted my Fitbit yesterday and it didn't solve my problem 😞 I'm gonna contact the Customer Care..

I'm a bit sad, we bought it this week and I already have an issue.

Thank you
