Sleep stages not being shown

My watch has not been showing sleep stages for the past week and a half now. It fits my wrist the same as it always has and not too loose. It was fully charged yesterday and did the same last night. No idea how to fix this. Any ideas?  Thanks.

It’s still not working 2 months later after restarts, syncs, factory reset etc. I’m guessing it’s officially broken!
Is anyone able to help?
Thanks

I am a blind user using apples, voiceover screen reader to get Fitbit information. I have had ongoing communication with Fitbit to no avail regarding my access to sleep numbers. Most days I only receive incomplete percentages within sleep, zones and awake. Most days I do not receive percentages for Deep Sleep. Many days I only receive percentages for time awake and light sleep. I have spoken with Fitbit customer care, Google Disability Support, and posted multiple comments within the community. No one has been able to help me and by doing so they would also be helping other blind users, who are denied this information  When using the Apple’s voiceover screen reading software.

@Suzi123 Have you tried restarting the watch?

One thing you could try is removing the Sleep tile from the Fitbit app and re-adding it. You can do this by selecting Edit at the top right of your Fitbit Today screen. Then Tap on the X by the Sleep tile, then tap Done. Then tap Edit again and scroll to the bottom where you'll see Additional Stats and add the Sleep tile back. You'll probably need to wear it to bed before any data will show up again. See if that works for you.

The blind user using apples, voiceover screen, reading software, is that a disadvantage when it comes to removing and editing tiles. In September 2 021. The edit button was removed from the iOS home screen. Fitbit has been unable to restore the edit button back to the home screen for the blind user And it had to use workarounds in order to edit the screens or rely on cited family members or friends. Fitbit has slowly been removing information from the blind and reading disable user.

Sent from my iPhone Fitbit, customer care, Google Disability Support and 50th moderators and members of the community council have been unable to get the problem resolved. The only hope that I have is that one Fitbit/Google upgrades the software to the new platform which will not have open groups, adventures, and trophies/badges that they will have made the Fitbit/Google experience better for those who are blind and reading, disabled, along with people who have other disabilities i.e. call Lynn wheelchair users

I can’t believe it has been 18 months since the edit button was removed from the iOS home screen for the blind and reading disabled. I am also surprised that a few months ago they removed the heart rate and heart rate zone number/description from the blind users.

Edit this on my iPhone and I hope that you will be able to understand and interpret this message. I have never seen the screen on my Fitbit trackers and I have never seen the screen on my iPhone. If it has been beneficial to me and keeping me moving, and it is also been frustrating to me because of the way information for cited users is not available to the blind and reading disabled.

Yes I’ve tried both and it’s not worked. I think the watch is obviously broken now  😫
