Sleep stages showing but 0 minutes are showing.

The new IOS update 3/19/18 has done something funky to sleep. My Stages look normal in the graph, but the count below shows 0 in all the stages.

Hello @Cruisin_Oma, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, which tracker are you currently using? Have you tried to restart your tracker and your phone yet? If so, please go to your sleep section of the online Dashboard and if the minutes are showing correctly here when clicking on the specific sleep log, please try the following in the app:

  • Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button and then swipe up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I'm having the same issue. I have followed all the responses - I restarted my iPhone, turned the blue tooth on and off, restarted my Fitbit Charge HR 2, tried logging in on my computer....and everywhere, all I can see is the "graph" with the sleep stages, but no minutes and no breakdown of percentages!  Can we get some help please?

Having the same issue. Downloaded the update last night and this morning 0 mins sleep. I edited the sleep log and it corrected immediately. Hoping we don’t have to do that every morning

Same problem here. Sleep log edit fixed it but as was previously said editing the log every day is not a solution.

Hi everyone, we anticipate the issue with Sleep logs showing 0 minutes to be resolved soon. You can follow updates in this thread. Since this thread was an older issue regarding sleep stages, I will be closing it for further replies.
