Hi guys,
So over the last week or so I have noticed that when I sync my Charge 3 to my iPhone app the sleep is incorrect in time. However, it’s not completely incorrect, it is 4 hours behind.
For example, last night I went to sleep at 10:28pm and woke at 08:30am. When I sync it states 18:28 bedtime and 04:30 wake up.
Although; when I click on sleep to load up the log, the time zone is correct again and all times read correctly.
I have tried restarting my phone and then syncing my device, I have tried turning off automatic time zone in app settings etc etc. But I still cannot solve.
Help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @KJWAL_.
Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
In this case, I would recommend following the next steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit Charge 3
- Log back into the Fitbit app
If necessary, you can set up your Fitbit Charge 3 as a replacement device:
Our team has just released a new version of the Fitbit app 3.41 for iOS and Android devices. For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If you don't have any option to update, you should be able to do it over the next days. Please be aware this is a progressive rollout which means everyone will receive it at different stages.
I moved this thread to the iOS App board because it is more related to the topic.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
