My fitbit is accurately tracking the time I sleep, but the bar graph is completely off. Random hours are added to my nightly sleep time on the graph

Hi there @TGfit and @Nickyje, thank you for replying to me, I appreciate you both sending me your screenshots.

In this particular case, I would like to suggest checking the version of your app. I was checking this situation with other members of the Community and it seems updating the app resolved this issue. In order to check the version of the app tap on the Account icon on the top right corner of the app, then on Help. In here you'll be able to see the version, which should be 2.35(662)

If your app is not updated, please go to the App Store and Fitbit should be listed under the Updates tab. After updating the app, please monitor your sleep for the next night and let me know if you're still experiencing these issues.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

My graph is annoyingly in accurate, too. If you guys can't fix it, then delete it.

Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? The latest version already shows the correct graph. You can check the version of the app by going to Account > Help. The latest version is the 2.35 (662)

I hope this information resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply!

The graph in the fitbit app  changed from what can be best described as a contour graph to a bar graph is there a way to change it back to the contour graph?

Hello @Twins1000, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community, it's nice to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Currently, it's not possible to change back the sleep graph to be displayed as before. However, I understand how important this is for you and many more people, which is why I would like to suggest you to submit your insight as a suggested feature where members of the Community can vote and comment on it. This is truly the best way to make your voice heard.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this situation and let me know it's affecting your weekly stats. Tell me, which Fitbit device are you currently using? Have you restarted it lately? Would it be possible for you to reply to me with some screenshots reflecting the issue on your side so I can check this further?
