Why did the sleep tracker change? It was showing me R.E.M., deep slight, and light sleep. Why did it change?

Hello @Erikandito, thanks for joining us in the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Which tracker are you currently using? When did you start experiencing this situation? I'm glad you're excited about the new sleep tracking features. Our team wants to make sure that you have the best possible experience with these new features, and our engineers are hard at work putting on the finishing touches, which is why many people have seen the sleep stages being reverted to the old sleep logs. Please keep an eye on this thread that we will update once this situation has been solved.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply! Smiley Wink

I have the charge 2. It had updated and started giving me more accurate sleep tracking but then it went back to the original version.

Hello @Erikandito, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for joining the conversation. Smiley Happy

Thanks for reaching out. Sleep Stages is a new feature that our team is progressively rolling out to Charge 2 users. They're aware of some users that may have seen the initial explanation of Sleep Stages in the app, but not the full feature and others like yourself that were able to see them for a few days and now have been reverted to the old version. As mentioned before, please keep an eye on this thread that we will update once this situation has been solved.

Additionally, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted! Smiley Wink

Mine has just reverted to the old version. Have you figured out what the problem is with this?

Yes. It seems you need to sleep 5 consecutive hours to get the cycle breakdown breakdown.

Have you slept 5 hours?

I actually had the best night's sleep in forever last night. At least I
think I did. I think I got about 8 hours. And the app says that's about
what I got. Lousy timing for the app to get squirrelly. I usually don't get
5 hours, so it seems backwards for me. Someone else said it randomly does
this and then fixes itself just as mysteriously.

Yea it's super weird. I had to get a new Fitbit and It gave me that "5 hour" message. I finally got to 5 hours with an extra 47 min of sleep and it gave me the REM info only for those 47 minutes.
