He and welcome to the Fitbit Community @sanjeev17ks
I understand you had a recent update on your iPhone and things are not switching on. Can you give me just a bit more information as to what you mean by not switching on. The Fitbit App never fully downloaded? Is it not syncing? You can’t log on? Etc. it helps to know a bit more information so I can help you. Can you also provide me with the version on your iPhone as well.
I’ll be around 😃 so keep me posted

Yes, after recent update, the Fitbit never fully downloaded. Now, it is dead. Nothing is working hard reset or any.

Hello again @sanjeev17ks
If I understand correctly your Fitbit tracker is now non responsive currently and the Fitbit App never fully downloaded. Please tell me what type of Fitbit tracker (Alta, Charge 2, Ionic, etc) you have and what type of device are you using ( iPhone 11, Samsung Galaxy 5, iPad Air, etc) This information helps me understand your issue better and helps me assist you. I need to ensure your device is compatible with the Fitbit App. and knowing the type of Fitbit Tracker helps me instruct you on how to restart it.
keep me posted 😉
