Why can’t Fitbit offer nice jewelry wristband options like they did for flex 1 or 2? Hate Rubbery cheap looking wristbands!

The special editions are limited, but overall there are many wristband options available for the Fitbit devices, including accessories that are sold separately. Since you're most interested in the special edition wristbands, you can review the options here in the web store.

In addition to what @CindyMFitbit said, it you are willing to go third-party, you can find just about any kind of band you can imagine on Amazon.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
