@maur76 You are describing an app issue. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Your post can get moved to a better fit app forum. If you don't mind me asking, all current Fitbits track sleep automatically. Why are you tracking manually?

I use a. iPhone. I have always started it manually, guess its just part of my sleep routine? They definitely changed something in that part of the app recently though.
Best Answer@maur76 I moved your post to the iOS app forum, since you wrote that you use an iPhone. Your Inspire 3 tracks sleep automatically. Just wear it to sleep. When you start and end your sleep in the app, you will get sleep patterns, not sleep stages. And you don't get a sleep score. You are missing out on one of Fitbit's best features.
