Since update of app it’s so slow to load and friends are even not getting steps credited and showing zero

Seems odd that you're experiencing such difficulties after the Fitbit app update, certainly this is not a common situation. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know how many times you were not credited for the steps that were tracked during the day? Which Fitbit device you're currently using? When was the first time you experienced this? Can you please let me know if you're experiencing syncing difficulties by any chance or is your Fitbit synchronizing with your account but the information is not being updated? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:
- Log out from your account.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Make sure that your mobile device OS version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Login to your Fitbit account.
- Restart your Fitbit.
- Try again to sync your Fitbit device to check if the information is updated.
- Check your profile on Fitbit.com dashboard.
