I can no longer see the number of steps on the iPhone app. Also the dashboard seems to have disappeared from the app. Ploy to force us to upgrade?

Hello @Nick_G25 and a warm welcome. Yesterday, I had an experience where the only stat in my Activity Items was calories. Half of my Today items disappeared and I couldn't add any of it back with the Edit function.
It fixed itself. Are you still having problems?

Mine did this Wednesday evening. I tried all the usual fixes like force quitting the app, logging out and back in. Nothing worked. Then eventually it went back to normal. Then it happened again yesterday. It’s quite annoying. I hope they fix this bug soon.

Had the same issue, restarted both Fitbit and phone and still had problem.
I finally pushed the edit button on the main screen of the app. It will display ‘Manage Activity Items’- click them all to green and save. The only one that was green was the calories- no idea why because I hadn’t changed anything.
Hope this helps!

This happened to me tonight in my iOS app. Suddenly the only things appearing are the calories burned and female health.
when I go into “Edit” only those activities show. All of the other activities (steps, floors, zone minutes, exercise, distance, heart rate and sleep) are all gone! I can’t add them back because they’re not even there.

I have the exact same thing. I can't add them back in either, but after going back a few days, and then moving back to today and pressing "Edit" again, all of the items briefly showed up as selectable, but after saving nothing happened, and it reverted back to Calories only.

And now, it's literally resolved itself. Must have been something Server side.
