Steps and sleep goals gone to zero and goals cannot be loaded - iPhone app.

Some weeks ago my Charge 5 reset the sleep goal to zero without warning, now has done it with steps goal too. Using iPhone app. Always getting message 'Something went wrong, unable to load your goals' in the app.

@CeeJayW   I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for this issue.  This isn’t a guaranteed fix, but it might help.

  • Sync your Charge 5
  • Delete your Fitbit app 
  • Restart your phone 
  • Download a current version of the Fitbit app

Thank you for your help, but today the Fitbit refuses to sync with my iPhone at all so I can't carry out the first of these steps. According to the iPhone app store I am already updated to the current version of hte Fitbit app.
