I am totally frustrated!!! I've been complaining about this for weeks and so have a lot of other people, I know. This is the worst so far. I worked really hard in last week's challenge and my total steps according to the challenge were 20,000 lower than my actual dashboard steps. None of the things that you folks have been suggesting fix the problem. Even though the challenge is happening in a different time zone, my daughter's steps match exactly and she lives in the same house as I do. The only difference is that she has an Alta and I have a Charge HR. Is there just a problem with the Charge HR? In addition, Fitbit lost my tracker during the last day of the challenge and I had to re-add it. I thought the steps would be OK because they still showed on my dashboard, but I got almost no credit for a day that I have 20,000 steps!!! Not acceptble, Fitbit. I'm really thinking of moving to another product. This is far from motivating. I know that you will come back with some stock answers but you need to stop giving them because they don't provide any useful information. I've already worked with Customer Support--all to no avail...

@taurus47 hello! I understand the frustration of not receiving full credit for all your steps on a challenge. There are different aspects that can affect or create a discrepancy between the dashboard and the challenges, the most common being the time zone. More info from @DerrickS on the iOS challenges is available.
Also technicians are working on the discrepancy issue. We will be pending on updates for this and letting you know.
