When I updated my device at midnight,i see an inaccurate step count.
I am sure that i hit my target step count over 10,000 yesterday,but it just show me 800 step count.
I tried to restart my iphone7,or update fitbit flex 2 app,but the problem still exists.
How to solve the problem??

At this moment I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app in case you haven't done it yet, (You can check your version by going to Account > Help) as we've currently updated it to the version 2.43 (730). Then, restart your tracker and monitor it for the next 24 hours to check if this issue happens again. If it does, please let me know so I can check this further.
