I am sorry to hear your Fitbit is not counting any steps. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend restarting your device by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Please also make sure your device is syncing. You can find the compete troubleshooting instructions if you're having difficulties with syncing at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Same here. I have a FitBit Inspire and it doesn't count steps when I am doing quick steps/sprints on my basic stepper. However, if I slowdown, it will. It is very frustrating as I planned to finish a quick workout but do not get credit for it. Also not good if one is trying to build stamina by moving faster.
