Best AnswerSame here. I have a FitBit Inspire and it doesn't count steps when I am doing quick steps/sprints on my basic stepper. However, if I slowdown, it will. It is very frustrating as I planned to finish a quick workout but do not get credit for it. Also not good if one is trying to build stamina by moving faster.
