This is a joke! First of all my steps don't sync now I can't get into the app at all!! It was working fine if not brilliantly up until 2 weeks ago. I didn't change a thing but fitbit did an upgrade!! More like a downgrade! Fitbit sort this out or you are losing a customer and I will be letting everyone know not to buy a Fitbit.

I did. I did this the first time I started to have problems too. Nothing is fixing get it I have tried everything.

@Olivia1992 If you tried everything you would have by now successfully logged in.
Not knowing what you have tried means we need to start at the most likely causes and work up. Please be patient with @USAF-Larry, there is little in your post to work with.
You say you can't log in, are you receiving any error messages?
In this community are you logged into the wanted account?
Are you using the email address at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit
Is the password correct
Does your phone have good internet

I tried everything on the guide with no luck. I have spoken to a member of the team on live chat and they have managed to resolve this for me. The date at time within my phone settings was causing the problem.
thank you for trying to help. I'm sure you can imagine the frustration when you see resolution posts flying around and you are still experiencing the same issues you have had for the past 2 weeks believe it is a fitbit software issue according to all the posts.
