Steps were count twice when I moved to another time zone

Yesterday night I arrived from PST to CST time zone. I synched my Alta with my phone at 1 am Monday, while my Alta was still thinking it was 11 pm Sunday. Somehow it recorded my Sunday steps both for Sunday and Monday, and as I moved on Monday it kept counting.I earned some fancy badges for so huge step count, but I wanted to earn them in a "fair" way. How can I remove the extra steps from Monday and the badges that I did not really earn?

Hello @Aehie, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Currently, it's not possible to remove the extra steps your tracker counted when it didn't restart at midnight due to a timezone change. Please restart your tracker to prevent this from happening again.

Now, in regards of the badges, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about this situation, I'm sure they will be more than happy to assist you further.

Give it a try and keep me posted! Smiley Happy
