Still unable to sync

I'm still unable to sync to my iphone after the supposed fix. Anyone else still having this issue?

I’ve had issues for the last month. I’ve done everything from restarts to a complete factory reset. Clock loses time and syncing seems random.  Watch won’t connect to Bluetooth most of the time.

Iphone 12,    iOS 14.4

Fitbit 3.39 (1027)

It says both devices have the latest updates installed.

 

Issues:

1. clock loses time-my sleep is not being tracked accurately because of that

2. automatic sync no longer occurs

3. 9 out of 10 times fitbit won't connect to bluetooth on Iphone

4. I've done: A. Factory reset B. forget device and reinstalled device C. restarted both phone and Fitbit.

5. All notifications to my Fitbit have stopped. no calls, no texts

But I do get reminders to sync, but when I go to do that the bluetooth won't connect.

5. Sometimes if I restart my Fitbit the Bluetooth will connect, but not always

There is no consistent pattern of when Fitbit will connect or disconnect, so it's hard to pinpoint what's happening.

 

The only thing I can tell you is that this all started when I got my Iphone 12 last month.  At first the clock worked, I received calls, but no texts and syncing was very slow.  Now I have these other issues and all notifications on my fitbit have stopped with the exception of meeting my hourly step goal. 

 

I did a factory reset on my old phone and sent it away for a trade in, so I no longer have my old phone.

It’s not acceptable to totally remove and reinstall Versa 3 every time it won’t sync and can’t be seen by my bluetooth. I lose unsynced data every day in that event...often multiple times per day. This Versa just doesn’t like my iPhone 7. It worked fine on iPhone 8. This needs a fix from you other than to tell us to constantly reinstall. Your instructions are not helping.

I removed device, but it won’t let me me add it back.  Says it’s already on account. So frustrating.
