Why do some people have these streak banners?

 

 I have never had them and when I contacted fitbit, they had no idea what I was talking about and I had to send them a screenshot of someone else’s streak banner so they knew what I was talking about but even after I did that, they couldn’t help.

 

 I’m a premium user so don’t think it’s that. Can anyone help me as to how to get the streak banner? I’ve hit my step target every day since 1st jan so far.
