for whatever reason my stress scores block is missing in IOS - how do i get it back?

@sv64   Just a clarification.  Since you ask how to get it back, it means you had it once before.  Right?  If you tap on the Edit choice in the upper right, is the tile at the bottom in the Additional Stats?
