And then i reinstalled everything..then the watch and phone couldnt find each other at all. The watch would give me a code and the phone would keep spinning.so customer support " Melvin" was a god send ! Thank you thank you !! He walked me through a whole factory reset and walla ! Phone and versa 2 are chatting again.. Thanks melvin wher eever you are.. we lost touch when i went to set the watch up ..
