Sync Alta with iPhone

I have had my Fitbit for 2 weeks now. Over the past week there were a couple of glitches syncing but turning Bluetooth on and off fixed. I am now traveling and cannot sync at all - keeps 'looking' for my phone. Tried Bluetooth fix, restarting device with the three button presses, turning off phone. Tried reinstalling but it cannot 'find' my phone to do that. This maybe after latest software update but this is nearly useless to me if I cannot sync with phone. Anyone find the magic bullet when other fixes fail ??

@MP_McAndrews I don't know about having a magic bullet, but I think I can help! I'd recommend:

1. Make sure that you are using version 2.23 of the iOS App that was released this morning. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

The combination of these troubleshoots should get you back on track, but let me know if you need any additional assistance!
