I notice that whenever I sync my fitbit charge HR to the iphone that i have, it unsyncs for some reason from the dashboard. I have to then go back to the dashboard, locate my fitbit and reset it again as that is the only way that I can sync my information with my weight watchers. Can someone please help me? Can I not sync it to my computer (Mac) and the phone?

Hey hey hey @nairajoseph welcome to our Community! It's great to have you here! Smiley WinkI'd suggest you first restart your tracker one more time and then follow the steps provided at: I can't sync my tracker. If that doesn't work please try to set up your tracker as a new device.
