Sync issues help

Help my iPhone updated and rest everything , when I went on my Fitbit account I noticed my Fitbit flex was not linked , iv tryed to link it up for the past 4 hours and nothing keeps saying not working , iv reset everything now even the Fitbit itself but still nothing 😟

I'm having the same problem! My Ipoh e did the new system update and now i can't sync with my phone but it syncs with the computer. I've restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, and tried turning the Bluetooth off as suggested and NOTHING has helped!

My Fitbit will not sync either and has not since this past Monday. I can not figure out why it won't sync but it is very disappointing
