Hi, after a walk my Fitbit Flex wouldn't show steps racked up after a sync. Four lights on the wristband are flashing but the dashboard shows nothing. App is updated, latest versions etc. Been a user for a couple years and this is the first time it hasn't synced properly. All advice welcome, thank you.

Hello @LeaM1, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Sometimes, it's possible for the Fitbit app to not update correctly the information that has been synced with your account, which seems to be the problem you're experiencing. At this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your online Dashboard and check if the steps are showing correctly in here, please try the following in the app:
- Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Thank you. That didn’t work, no steps were recorded that day. It seems to have started working fine the next day though, steps then were counted. Thanks though, all help appreciated!
