Synching

My Charge HR will not synchronise and when it does, data previously synchronised disappears a day later so I have a history showing multiple days with zero activity. This, despite checking that the Bluetooth is working and my device is close to my iPhone 4. Anyone else experiencing this?

@fingersphil Unfortunately the iPhone 4 isn't compatible with syncing Fitbit trackers since it doesn't have the required Bluetooth 4.0 LE.
