My verse will not stay paired so automatically sync and notifications will not work. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. Customer support will not pick up when called.

I'm wondering if turning on your “All Day Sync” (if it’s not already turned on) would work. It’s worth a shot. If you don’t know where that option is I can tell you how to find it.
First open your Fitbit App and tap on your profile picture in the upper left side of your screen. Now scroll down to where your band is described and tap that. (It’s just under Family account) Now scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see “All Day Sync”. Ensure that you enable that (it will be green in color when it is active) To get back to your main page just tap the word “Today” at the bottom of your screen.
