I’ve had my iPhone 11 for about 3 weeks now and it has been working just fine until tonight. I was laying in the bed and it just started vibrating on my arm. I thought someone was calling but that wasn’t the case. Called in to troubleshoot and the rep told me it wasn’t compatible. After 3 weeks?!?! I’ve had the Charge 3 replaced 3 times since I’ve had it. I’ve had it for less than a year. I really think it’s the device. I’ve never had this issue with the previous models. They really should consider taking this one off the market. Are any other models not compatible to iPhone 11?

Unfortunately, neither one of those options worked.

Thanks for all of your help. Apparently it’s a problem that no one can solve because the Charge 3 is not compatible to the iPhone 11. They’re still working on it. We’ll see how long it takes for this to be figured out.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Aliciaww518. Your willingness to help is really appreciated @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see you around helping users.
@Aliciaww518 I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your device prior to posting and with the helpful information that was shared by @SunsetRunner. Let me share with you that the iPhone 11 is in fact listed as a compatible device with our products and services, it was recently added. That being said, can you please let me know if you're still experiencing difficulties with your device? Please make sure that the Fitbit app and your Charge 3 versions are up to date.
I'll be around if you need anything else.

Hello, I’ve tried everything that was suggested and it still doesn’t work. The only thing that it does is notify me when I have an incoming call. Nothing else is working.

Hello again @Aliciaww518
As the moderator noted the iPhone 11 is indeed compatible with the Fitbit App which is great news. Also noted and important that you need to make sure both your Fitbit App and your iPhone 11 is also updated.

And like I mentioned I completed all of those steps and it’s still not working. No worries, I’ve moved on from Fitbit. At once I did like Fitbit but this is too much to get this device to work. Once again, thanks for all your help.
