Syncing issue for iPhone users

Is there anything being done about the syncing issues for iPhone users? I’ve tried everything and the only way to sync my watch is to delete it and reset it up! Incarnation even use it during the day for time because the time is wrong. It’s still tracks my steps and such it just doesn’t sync.

Yes, I’ve contacted support more than enough times. Unfortunately everything they’ve had me do and they has not worked! And I definitely don’t have time to keep doing this. The sad part is I’ve had 3 other FitBit devices and all had some sort of issue with them. I’m honestly losing hope. Really sad I just paid $40 for a new band…..
