I understand you have syncing issues. Have you tried restarting your Fitbit tracker? You didn’t mention which tracker you have in your post but you can see how to restart your tracker here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186 Please let me know if this resolves your tracking issue.
