On the Fitbit app I receive an actual cardio load score but no target. For the first two days I received a notification telling me my target load but nothing showing on the graph. Now there is no notification or any target range on the graph. Does anyone else have this issue.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
I’m not sure if you will know this, but I canceled out that tile that gave me a message about my Target Cardio Load (my Cardio Load tile does not show the data in it). Will it ever pop up again? This is all very frustrating!

Yep. Mine comes back all the time and changes what it says. I don't want
the notification... I wasn't that info on my tile!
---------
Well that sounds great if it doesn't take a year and why do they roll out
these updates before they've been thoroughly vetted anyway? Makes no sense.
---------
The first time I did that it didn't come neck for a day or two. Now when I
cancel it, it returns the next time I open the app with random info on the
front page that never make sense for what I'm doing. I'm beyond frustrated
with this. It's not helpful at all.
----------
Agreed! Mine still doesn't work right. Still no target on the tile. It
suddenly started saying I was overtraining when I'd gone for one little
walk. Gives me random notifications on the front page (pointless! This info
should just be in the tile) that never make sense for what I'm doing. And
when I close then, they just come back with different info or sometimes the
same. I'm beyond frustrated with this. It's not helpful at all.
----------
Same and still happening. Now I get notifications that change when I cancel
them. And they just keep coming back each time I own the app.
As of today, my cardio load target is back. I got a daily target for about a week in December, it was missing for a few days and yesterday, in the evening, it showed a target again. Today, i saw the target in the morning. Hopefully, it will stay and i can experience what it means (for me).

Good morning! Is your target cardio load showing up in the graph yet? Mine still is not
---
Me too w a charge 5
Mine is the same except if I record a workout for ex. select Pilates when I start my exercise session or manually log a work out I can see the cardio load data from that session in the logged work outs bar in cardio load section. Then I'll have data in both bars.
The cardio load suggestions don't even always make sense. One day it tells me to take it easy to avoid over training which makes sense after a high cardio load day. So I lower my cardio load as within the suggested range as directed for that day. Then the following day it shows me at almost under training on the "past 7 days" bar... doesn't make sense.
I hope that someone can help me find my way around this Community. Where can I post to get help with a specific problem. I had posted a message on this string about having trouble with the Cardio Load not appearing in the tile. Someone in one of my private groups saw improved performance by reloading the app. I found references online explaining that Fitbit data is stored in the account and not the app so that if the app is removed and reloaded all data will reappear. Well...that hasn't happened. Now when I open the app, I am a new member with no data and of course no way to get back to my friends in my private group. There must be some way to access my old account. Any ideas? Please help!
Best AnswerI have the same issue with Cardio Load. I’ve been tracking Cardio Load for more than 7 days now. I even updated my setting for Cardio Load Target to “improve cardio fitness”, but it still displays as “no target” every day.
Hello @Bl15love and welcome to the Community. I use an iPhone and app v. 4.34 fixed this for me. Simply updating the app didn't work. I had to delete, then re-install the app. I have historical data going back to when it finished calibrating. I hope this works, for you, too.
It shouldn't be this hard.

Same issue as many others! Have the notification on the Home Screen (though recently that is clearly incorrect / inconsistent through the day if I cancel it) but not on the cardio load itself (always shows “no target”) and no target range on the graph.
I have a Sense 2 and (evidently stupidly!) also pay for Fitbit Premium.
have tried logging out of app, force quitting it, restarting phone then reopening and logging back in. Makes no difference.
I really hope I’ll get the update soon!
@Sophiecart If you don't have v 4.34, you can update directly from the App Store. I did this on when the Fitbit announced the update. BUT, my target load didn't show up. I deleted, then re-installed v 4.34 and I have my target load. I have historical data all the way back to December, too.

Best AnswerHello @Bl15love
If you're an Android user, the current app version for Android is 4.34.1.
As @LZeeW mentioned, you might have to delete and re-install the app to get the Cardio Target Load to show up in your Fitbit app.
Please let us know if you are still seeing problems with your target load after you update your Fitbit app.
