Hi everyone

the ‘other half’ has refreshed his phone, and now unable to ‘accept terms and conditions’ when setting up his Fitbit Charge with IOS 13

he has turned Bluetooth off and back on (as this was previous advice) but to no avail

anyone else had this issue

Hi, @Jacqui_6666 , sorry to ask what may be a stupid question, but has he scrolled all the way to the bottom?  You can’t accept the terms and conditions until the program detects you have seen them all (even if you haven’t read them - since most of us never do!) but you do need to scroll through them After that the acceptance should no longer be greyed out and you can tap and continue.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

he is actually getting an error from the system for T&Cs
