Anyone had any luck on this issue?

fitbit ionic iOS updates

tried everything on the forums so annoyed with this all other notifications working just texts that isn’t. 
it seems we pay a lot of money for these watches and the support is crap 💩

I am having the same issue with no syncing of emails and text messages. Would love to know of a fix.
