The app is glitching

On the actual app it’s self is glitching, I tried turning off my phone, Deleting and redownloading the app, and nothing is working…I wanna go into the Fitbit app to check my progress and my sleep and it bounces me out…it’s glitching a lot…is this due to the new update, is it happing to others or just me? _spooky_lady out

Could you please answer the next questions, so that our team can investigate this:

Could you log in to the Fitbit app? If not, did you get an error message?
When you get bounced back, does this happen only for the sleep and progress site or does it happen also when tapping any other option?

What phone/tablet are you using, and what's the operating system version? (eg, iPhone 14 iOS 17.2.1, iPad air iOS 18.2, etc) 

I'm aware that you already tried some of these steps, but the order is important. Please try these again:

  1. Log out of the Fitbit app. 
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit app. 
  3. Restart your phone (off/on)
  4. When the phone is on again, reinstall the Fitbit app. 
  5. Login and try to recall your information.
