Ever since I updated to the new version, it keeps telling me that it couldn't get "sleep stages" (since Sunday). I then get an explanation as to why this may be happening. As I have been using Fitbit for years, I think I know how to put it on. My "sleep position" wouldn't have changed all of the sudden either. The only thing that's changed is the new version being installed.
Weirdly, the dashboard on my PC is showing the graph, but not on the iPhone
I have to say that I will be looking around for a different device when this dies.
It promises to stay charged for a week - this has never been the case with me. Right from the beginning (and I even got some replacements) it never ever lasts a week. It now needs charging every second day
I also notice that it takes quite a while to sync.
Hmm. just looked (hours after I got up) and last night's sleep just showed up!
As you can see Monday through Wednesday still MIA

Yep, since the recent update my sleep monitor doesn’t show sleep stages - despite there being no changes at my end.
Moderator input seems to be uphelpful thus far, as none of them have as yet admitted that they dropped the ball on this one. 🙄

I had this happen, on my Blaze I had to reset the device three times in a row by holding the power and lower button on the right. That worked for me!
