Tiles won't open after iOS 14.4 update

I downloaded the most recent update and now my Fitbit app won’t open any of the coordinating pages (sleep, exercise, cycle, etc).  It does synch but it seems like everything else is locked.  I did restart my phone after the update.  Anyone else struggling?

@Atomic77 Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear you're not having any difficulties after the update.  

 

@rkdunkle Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone once again.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. 

@eyuzwa Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend following the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I updated to iOS 14.4

I can use the app, but my tracker no longer syncs.

There's something wonky looking on the bluetooth / and fitbit app settings as my tracker can't find any WiFi network, and in the bluetooth settings it can't find my tracker.

Yes, I've tried restarting the FitBit device

Yes, I've tried restarting my phone

Yes, I've tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling the app on my phone.

hmm that seems kinda weird I have updated to the latest ios as well and have no issues with my fitbit. I don't know what else to say. I am on a iphone 8.

I have the same problem. My fitbit syncs but i can’t log in anything. However, I didn’t do the update. It just suddenly stopped working. 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

My Charge 3 now seems to be able to sync at night, after full reset as instructed, but it drops out by mid-morning and won't resync until the next night.
