Time and date are wrong and won't sync with my iphone

My Fitbit HR died while I was away. When I was able to recharge, the date and time are wrong and now won't sync to my iPhone. Shows as synced but shows 0 steps.

HI @Kerry0207, I can definitely help you out! I'd recommend:

 

1. Making sure that you are using version 2.19 of the Fitbit iOS App. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store if you haven't already updated.

2. Restart your tracker.
3. Reboot your iOS device.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Don't know what I did, but it finally fixed itself! I guess after resetting 10x it worked. Thank you!
